Partnerships and Engagements

We work with many organisations and universities to share ideas, nurture talent and make the world of work especially in the area of Management Consulting and Finance accessible to all.

These are some of our engagements and partnerships to date.

  • We have formed a partnership with Scottish Financial Enterprise to enhance our visibility and strengthen our presence in the Scottish market. Through this collaboration, we aim to leverage their expertise and resources to expand our reach and better serve our Scottish customers.t here

  • Liber, powered by the Entrepreneurship Centre at Oxford Saïd and generously supported by Santander Universities, is a 5-month collaborative programme that brings together University of Oxford undergraduates from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds with start-ups, scale-ups, SMEs and innovation departments within larger organisations. The programme aims to increase access to leadership positions within business for people from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds by providing experience in varied and fast-paced environments, access to networks and personal development coaching.

  • Our information-sharing session with the Women+ in Leadership group at Strathclyde University is focused on encouraging and attracting women to the financial and consulting services industries. We provide helpful tips for job applications, guidance on how to break into the industry and emphasise the importance of having more women in the financial services sector.

  • Valentia Partners places great emphasis on recruiting top talent, and we believe that universities are a great place to start. That's why we're actively recruiting at key universities to find the best and brightest individuals who are looking to jumpstart their careers in the consulting and financial services industry.

  • Valentia Partners is committed to supporting and mentoring the next generation of business leaders. As part of this commitment, the firm has engaged with the MBA programme at University College Dublin. Through this engagement, Valentia Partners has had the privilege of mentoring and supporting a number of MBA students as they complete their programme. By providing these students with guidance and insights gained from years of experience in the industry, Valentia Partners hopes to help them succeed and achieve their goals as they embark on their own professional journeys.

  • Recurring guest lecturers in Dr. Palos Marketing of Services course discussing service delivery strategy for customer acquisition and retention. In this lecture, the speaker takes the students through service as a product both internally and externally to a firm and presents a case study where the students take on the role of a consultant.

  • We are proud to partner with the 10,000 black intern programme which was set up to transform the horizons of young black talent with paid internships across multiple settings. This year we will welcome two interns to the Valentia team in our London and Edinburgh offices.
